This work was inspired by the latest Alchemy Gothic collection. If you haven't seen it yet shame on you!
No, obviously I'm kidding. Actually Alchemy Gothic has released a jewelry series inspired by the absinthe fairy.

Because I'm totally in love with some pendants and other home accessories I have been thinking about drawing something which could link to this amazing collection.
As a result I couldn’t restrained myself from the idea of drawing Bellatrix again... Not because I’ve read the whole HP books series again. I simply wanted draw a character which I like, and also someone who could provide proper shape to the composition

So in the end I have decided to draw her rather than the absinthe fairy (which is so pretentious :unimpressed:) and after all Bella is the perfect match for the green color, snake, and the skull.
I hope you’ll like it.

Che tripudio di verde :) Mi piacciono molto le pieghe del vestito, e il modo affusolato in cui disegni mani e piedi. ^.^

My, i am not sure from the Mistress Artist's accompanying comment to this positively pleasing piece if i would want to be the bewitching Bellatrix's boyfriend and have her inform me that she was taking me jewelry shopping. It is not your usual Girl who adorns her super seductive self with skulls and accoutrements that hang from trees. Bellatrix strikes me as a tonic in herself that is sure to keep the Green Faery far, far away. I think when this Lady tells us she will pour that we will be drinking something out of the ordinary today.

Well, the thing is, my comment is a kind of answer for “what inspired you to draw this and that/why…”and not the meaning of it. I didn’t write she is an ordinary girl who goes crazy about jewelry :D. It’s like forget about the things I wrote and open your mind for the things you see. Because I’m sure you’ll see something completely different than me. I’m happy that you have a totally different notion of her. But maybe there is something behind the skull? Why is she looking at it? And finally, why the absinthe? Oh well, because it tastes so different…:) Anyway, very nice comment :hug: thank you so much.
